The Appeal to Reason

This collection comprises issues of the political newspaper, The Appeal to Reason, ranging from 1899 to 1922. Founded by Julius Augustus Wayland in 1895, the paper was a chief media outlet for the Socialist Party of America until publication ceased in 1922.
